These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of venicepredictions.com ("Site"), operated by VenicePredictionMarkets ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) and legally permitted to view content about real-money trading and event contracts. The Site is intended for residents of the United States. VenicePredictionMarkets recommends all users be 21+ before trading, and some operators require users to be 21+ — always confirm operator-specific eligibility before signing up.

2. Informational purpose only

All content on the Site — including legality guides, operator reviews, comparisons, market explainers, and news — is provided for general informational and entertainment purposes only. It is not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice, and it is not a recommendation to trade any specific contract or to use any specific operator. Prediction market regulations and operator terms change frequently. You are solely responsible for verifying current legality, eligibility, and tax treatment in your jurisdiction.

3. No solicitation in restricted jurisdictions

Nothing on the Site is intended as a solicitation to trade event contracts where such activity is prohibited. We do not list, promote, or earn commissions from operators that we believe are not legally accessible to a given visitor. If you are uncertain whether prediction markets are legal in your state, consult a qualified attorney before using any operator.

4. Affiliate relationships

We have affiliate, marketing, and referral relationships with several CFTC-regulated prediction market operators. 5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Access the Site if you are under 18 years of age.
• Scrape, harvest, or republish Site content without written permission.

• Interfere with the Site's security, performance, or integrity.
• Use Site content to create competing rankings without independent research.

6. Intellectual property

All Site content — including text, graphics, logos, design elements, and the "VenicePredictionMarkets" wordmark — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by US and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Operator names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used here for identification only.

The Site contains links to third-party websites operated by prediction market exchanges and other parties. We do not control these sites, do not endorse all of their content, and are not responsible for their terms, privacy practices, accuracy, or any losses incurred from your use of them.

8. Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY. We do not warrant that any market, platform, bonus, legal status, or tax treatment described on the Site is current or will remain available.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VENICEPREDICTIONMARKETS, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRIBUTORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DEPOSITS, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY OPERATOR ACCESSED THROUGH IT.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VenicePredictionMarkets and its affiliates from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent version.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
